! Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about renting Sippy’s Mobile Bar.

Each package includes the Sippy’s trailer, setup/teardown, and depending on the option you select, trained bar staff. We also offer optional add-ons like custom cocktail signage, glassware, and post-event cleanup.


We offer flexible options:

  • Half-Day (up to 4 hours)
     
  • Evening Rental (5–6 hours)
     
  • Full Day (8 hours)
     
  • Weekend Rental (Friday–Sunday)

No — due to licensing laws, clients must provide their own alcohol. But we’ll help guide you on quantities, and we handle everything from ice to mixers to garnishes (depending on your package).


Absolutely! We offer a Dry Hire option where we provide the trailer and you provide the staff. We just ask that your team has basic bartending knowledge and follows safety and cleanliness guidelines.


Yes! Sippy’s Mobile Bar is fully insured for events. However, when renting without staff (Dry Hire), we do require proof of event liability coverage from the client.


Our trailer needs a relatively flat space (approx. 10x15 ft.) and nearby access for parking. If your event is in a tricky location, we’re happy to help you plan ahead.


Sippy’s trailer is covered and weather-resistant. If your event is fully outdoors, we recommend renting a tent to keep the party (and the drinks) dry and comfortable.


We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (spring–fall). However, we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute bookings if we have availability.


A 50% deposit secures your date. Full payment is due one week before the event. Cancellations within 30 days are refundable minus a $75 admin fee. Within 7 days, deposits are non-refundable.


We’re based in Johnson city , TN  and serve surrounding counties. For events more than 40 miles outside our base, a mileage fee may apply.
